Project 2025 is the “brainchild” of the ultra-right Heritage Foundation. Russell Vought, one of the key figures in the creation of Project 2025, a self-described “Christian nationalist” and a long-time radical anti-government ideologue, heads the critically important Office of Management and Budget.
Vought exemplifies a core principle of Project 2025: dismantling as much of the federal government as possible and handing the rest over to big business. At the heart of this destructive agenda is the notion of “radical constitutionalism,” which exalts the scope of presidential power to the point that “the unitary executive can dismantle any part of the federal government at any time.”
We will take up Project 2025 and take on its key players — from Trump to Vought to Vance to Musk to Miller to Noem. And will meet some of the courageous figures in Washington and around the country who are fighting back.
